She was born in Diana Tennessee to the late Johnnie W. Porter and Kitty Louise Porter. She is preceeded in Death by her first husband Doyle O. Jacobs. Survived by her spouse William H. Hammond, Eustis, Fl., one son Mike Jacobs (Judy) Smyrna, TN, two daughters, Ladonna Browder (Jeb) Woodbury, TN, Sherry Brewer, Smyrna, TN. Two brothers, Andy Porter, Eldorado, AR and Bobby Porter, Lewisburg, TN., Seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A memorial Service will be held February 18, 2012 at 2:00, at Diana Church of Christ, 2722 Diana Road, Pulaski, TN 38478 with Tom Holland officiating. Visitation with the family is one hour prior to Service.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Highland Heights Church of Christ, 785 S. Lowry Street, Smyrna, TN 37167 to the Food Pantry or The Lawrence Gardner Fund.
