Jeannette M. (Cardoza) Almeida, 77, of New Bedford died Saturday February 11, 2012. She was the wife of the late Adrian Almeida.
Born in Falmouth, the daughter of the late Manuel and Evelyn Grace (Barrows) Cardoza, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.
Survivors include her children, Donna Saunders, Jafar Munir, Evelyn Almeida, Cynthia Vick, and Jeannette Almeida; her siblings, Donald Cardoza, John Cardoza, Louis Cardoza, Daniel Cardoza, and Rosemarie Lombard; seven grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Sandra Almeida and sister of the late Manuel Cardoza and Nancy Silva.
