Gladys T. (Lewinski) Ustinowich, 85, of Bellingham, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at the Milford Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was the beloved wife of Joseph P. Ustinowich Sr. who died in 1998.
Born in Bellingham on August 2, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Sophie (Nadolny) Lewinski.
Mrs. Ustinowich was a lifelong resident of Bellingham and graduated from Bellingham High School.
She and her late husband built and owned the former Bell Haven Motel in Bellingham.
An avid quilter and she won many awards for her quilting. She was a member of many clubs in Bellingham and was a parishioner of St. Brendan’s Parish.
She is survived by two daughters, a son, a brother and four grandchildren and was pre-deceased by one son.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday, February 14 at 1 p.m. in the Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway.
