Obituary

Wayne T."Ozzie" Osborn, 60 of Londonderry, NH, died Saturday, March 27, 2004 in the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Ozzie as he was known was born in Somerville, MA on March 26, 1944, a son of the late Ralph V. and Emily T. (Goodrich) Osborn Sr. He was a resident of Londonderry for the past 30 years, formerly living in Manchester, NH and Somerville. Ozzie was a graduate of Somerville High School and NH College where he was a member of Kappa Delta Phi. He was formerly the owner and operator of Ozzie’s Fish and Chicks in Derry, NH. He was more recently employed in maintenance for MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua, NH. He was a US Navy veteran and was a member of the American Legion Post #27 of Londonderry. He was a communicant of St. Mark's Church, Londonderry.

He is survived by his wife, Dianne A. (Dudley) Osborn of Londonderry, four daughters, Christine A. Osborn of Derry, Tracey L. Osborn of Manchester, Cindy L. Osborn of Derry, Wendy M. Osborn of Worcester, MA, seven grandchildren, one brother, Ralph V. Osborn Jr. of Somerville and one uncle.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 1st at 10:00am in St. Mark's Church, corner of Mammoth Rd. and South Rd., Londonderry. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6 - 8pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Committal services will be held in the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH on Thursday at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Londonderry Dollars For Scholars, C/O Treasurer Bill Manning, 25 Wedgewood Dr., Londonderry, NH 03053.
