Heather Renee Mullins-Keltz, age 20, of 40 Osprey Dr., Groton, died March 25th.
Heather was born on Feb. 19, 1984 the daughter of Frederick and Elizabeth (Geddings) Mullins. She was the wife of ohn Paul Keltz Jr.
