Franke, Emma Lois (Albro), 97, passed away February 2, 2012 at Essex Nursing Home and Rehab. She was a member of Lees Lane Baptist Church.
Emma is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Franke.
Survivors include her children, Richard E. Franke, Paul S. Franke, Philip E. Franke (Darlene), Barbara R. Franke (Jim), Elizabeth A. Middleton (Gary), and Gary K. Franke; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and sister Mary C. Smith.
The family would like to thank Essex Nursing Home and Rehab for all the loving care they gave to their mother.
Funeral service will be 10am Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Sunday 3-8 at the funeral home.
