David E. White, 58 of Westport died Friday, February 3, 2012 at home after a long illness. He was the husband of Donna (Araujo) White.
Born in Fall River, son of the late Beatrice White, he had lived in Westport for the past 30 years. He was employed by Plumbers Supply Company, E. Providence and had previously worked at Corcoran Supply and Reardon Supply of Fall River. Mr. White was a Communicant of St. George Church, Westport. He served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves. An avid car and motorcycle enthusiast, he will always be regarded as a devoted husband and father.
Including his wife, survivors include 2 sons: Jacob D. White and Jesse T. White both of Westport; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Monday 5 – 7 P.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
