Estes, William E. “Bill”, 83, of Louisville passed away Tuesday January 31, 2012.
Bill was a native of Barren Co., KY. a member of Shively Baptist Church and he had retired as a millwright from P. Lorillard Tobacco Co.
Preceded in death by his brother, Elmer Estes Jr.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Imogene (Handy) Estes; two daughters, Vickie Lee Thompson (Mike) and Gale Waddell (Mike); a brother, Roy Estes; a grandson, David Thompson (Nicole).
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West, Visitation will be 3:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday and after 10:00 am Friday.
