Theodore Niejadlik 84, of Great Rd. died Sunday at Landmark Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Therese (Morin) Niejadlik. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Stanley and Anna (Rusnak ) Niejadlik. Mr. Niejadlik was a Work War II Army Veteran. He was the head mechanic for Blackstone Valley Electric Co. for forty three years before retiring in 1990. Ted was a member of the North Smithfield Senior Citizens and an avid card player belonging to several pitch leagues.
Besides his wife he leaves a son Richard Niejadlik of Newport a grandson David Beausoleil,and two granddaughters, Lindsey and Jennifer Niejadlik. He was also the father of the late Jacqueline C. Beausoliel and brother of the late Mitchell Niejadlik.
His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM, from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St John the Evangelist Church, Church St. Slatersville. Burial with military honors will follow in the parish cemetery. Visiting Hours are Wednesday 4-7 PM.
