Obituary

NORTH GROSVENORDALE, CT - Esther N. (Jezerski) Rulli, 86, of North Grosvenordale, died Sunday, January 29, 2012 in the Transitional Care Unit at Hubbard Regional Hospital, Webster, after an illness. Her husband of 52 years, Luke J. Rulli, died in 2002.

She leaves 4 brothers, Alexander Jezerski, John Jezerski and Stanley Jezierski, all of North Grosvenordale, and Tony Jezerski of Webster; 4 sisters, Wanda Bonczek of North Grosvenordale, Sophie Stolarczyk of Webster, Stella Mroczek of Thompson and Helen Jerominek of Shelbourne; nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and grand nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Frank and Edward Jezerski.

She was born in Webster, a daughter of the late Stanley and Catherine (Szulewski) Jezerski and was a lifelong resident of North Grosvenordale.

Mrs. Rulli worked as a cutter at Bates Shoe Company in Webster and then as a burler at Packard Mills in Dudley before retiring. She was a member of Saint Stephen’s Church in Quinebaug.

The funeral will be held Wednesday, February 1, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster, with a Mass at 11:00 AM in St. Stephen’s Church, corner of Routes 131 & 197, Quinebaug. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. A calling period will be from 9:00 to 10:30 AM Wednesday, February 1, in the funeral home.
