Obituary

Mr. Loring “Tince” Wright, aka Grandpa, left this earth on January 26, 2012, to be with the Lord, whom he devotedly served for most of his life. He was born on November 17, 1922 and married the love of his life, Annie Mercer Wright, 69 years ago.
Tince was loved and cherished by all who had the honor of knowing him. He rarely passed the opportunity to wet a line and loved to share a fishing story. He possessed an unending love for his extensive family that showed anytime he was with them. That family love provided him a peaceful last day surrounded by his bride and his grandchildren as he laughed, smiled and joked with all them.
Grandpa was not only the most loving and caring husband, father and grandfather he was also a friend to all. When he told you “we love you” you knew you were truly being loved. He was a friend with whom you could talk about anything or ask anything If a person needed help, they could rest assured knowing that he’d go to any extreme to help. When you needed advice, you could rest assured that you were receiving words of wisdom based on his lifetime of experience, as well as his trust in God.
He was quick witted and always ready to tell a story. When you thought you had heard all there was to tell, he captivated you with yet another story. His love for people and his life showed in his grin as he would slap his knee and laugh as he recalled one of his many adventures.
Mr. Wright joined his beloved son, David “Hammy” Wright, who preceded him in death, today in Heaven where he was granted his heavenly body.
He is survived by his wife Annie and son Buddy Wright (Brenda), grandchildren Rendy Mcknelly (Steve) and Michele Reichart (Chris), David Wright, Jr (Shellie) and Lorna Lawrence (Paul). Great grandchildren include Kristen, Carrie, Steven & Kyle Mcknelly, Christopher & Kara Reichart, Jeni & David Wright, Randy, Rachel & Rusty King. Great-great grandson Michael David.
