Obituary

Reina C. Leclerc 94, formerly of Woonsocket, died peacefully on January 17th at St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of the late Clovis Leclerc. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Adelard and Laura (Brule) Dulac. Mrs. Leclerc was a hairdresser for the former Armandine Hair Salon many years ago. She retired in 1983 from the State of RI Lunch Program where she worked for over twelve years. Reina enjoyed spending time with her family and considered her siblings to be her best friends.

She is survived by her sons Gilles Leclerc and his wife Nancy Landini of Woonsocket, and Bernard Leclerc and his wife Diane of N. Smithfield, a brother Marcel Dulac of Bellingham, a sister Therese Plouffe of Woonsocket, four grandchildren, Aaron, John, Justin, and Shannon Leclerc and two great-grandchildren Sarah and Katelyn. She was also the sister of the late Annette Lambert, Jeanne Cardin, Sr. Noella Dulac, Gerard, Cora, Claudia, and Marie Anna Dulac.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 9:30 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM, in St. Joseph’s Church Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Sunday 2-4 PM.
