Brenda Anne Yearta Lindsey, 53, of Enigma died Monday, January 16, 2012, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Private services and burial will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Lindsey was born on September 24, 1958 in Shelton County and was the daughter of Jake Cleming Yearta and Dovie Montana Daniels Yearta, both deceased. She was a homemaker and had lived in Enigma for the past 40 years. She liked to fish and loved NASCAR. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Lindsey is survived by her husband, Tony E. Lindsey of Enigma; one son, Tony Lee Lindsey of Enigma; one daughter and son-in-law, Joany and Jesse Williams of Enigma; two brothers, Elmer Yearta of Texas and Jimmy Yearta of Franklin; and one granddaughter, Haylee Williams.
