W. BLAINE KESSINGER, 45, passed away on January 11, 2012
He was an employee of St. Jude Medical, and a member of The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection in Nicholasville, Ky.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Angie (Wuest) Kessinger; daughters, Whitney Nicole and Kaleigh Grace Kessinger; mother, Rebecca Render; brother, Kerry Kessinger; nieces, Collin and Griffin Kessinger; nephews, Logan and Harrison Kessinger and Taylor and Zachary Davis; his mother-in-law Terry Wuest; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Visitation will begin after 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
