Helen M. (Hall) Young entered into rest on December 28, 2011 at Richland Rehabilitation Center. She was born on April 3, 1926 to Fred Emerson and Sarah (Clement) Conover inWarroad, Minnesota. She was raised and educated in White Salmon, Washington. Helen and Blinn Leroy Hall Sr. were married on March 2, 1941 in Prosser where they made their home until moving to the Tri-Cities in 1958. Blinn passed away on March 27, 1984. Later in 1995, she married Clarence Young.
Helen worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Pasco until retiring in 1980, after 20 years. She enjoyed music, dancing, animals and fishing.
She especially enjoyed family gatherings. She was a member of the Eagle’s.
Helen is survived by her children, Sheila Overstreet (Jim) of Richland, Butch Hall (Patty) of West Richland, Keith Hall of Clinton, Arkansas and Kathy Bolinger of Ridgefield, Washington; her step-children, Carolyn LaBorde (Lyle), Earl Young and Marie Dierks; her sister, Catherine; her brothers, Jim Thunder and Frank Thunder; her
half-siblings, Jeanie Ricker, James Conover, Judy Olsen, Steve Conover, Larry Conover, Dennis Conover and Candi Cowles; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Blinn; her second husband Clarence; and her son, Lance Hall.
A Graveside Inurnment Service is pending. A full obituary will appear at a later date.
