Patricia F. Griffin, 92 of Windham, NH, died Tuesday, March 23, 2004 in the Warde Health Center in Windham. Mrs. Griffin was born in Muncton, NB, Canada on March 1, 1912, a daughter of the late George R. and Margaret (Lovett) Parker. She was a resident of Windham for the past 5 years, formerly living in Derry since 1972 and Medford, MA. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of the Derry Garden Club for many years and enjoyed arts and crafts.
She is survived by one son, Richard Griffin and his wife Madeleine of Manassas, VA, two grandchildren, Marianna Griffin, Claire Griffin, two sisters, Sr. Mary Christopher of Wisconsin, Midgie Poirier of Nashua, NH, one brother, George Parker of Sunapee, NH, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Edward D. Griffin who died in 1989.
Friends may call on Thursday, March 25th from 10 - 11am at the Warde Health Center, 21 Searles Rd., Windham with a Mass of Christian burial following at 11:00am in the Warde Health Center Chapel. The burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in E. Derry. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc., Northeast Affiliate, 2 Wall St., Manchester, NH 03101. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
