BEVERLY: Edward L. Fahey, 62, formerly of Shirley, died Saturday, January 7, 2012 in the Beverly Hospital.
Born in Boston on March 8, 1949, he was the son of the late Edward L. and Flora (MacDougall) Fahey of Wakefield.
He is survived by his sister, Jeneth, wife of Peter Higgins and their children, Caitlin and Rory, his brother Christopher, husband of Cindy and their daughter, Shannon all of Gloucester, brother-in-law, David Donnelly of N. Reading and his children, Matthew and Katie and a lifelong friend, David Stark of Skowhegan, Me. He was also predeceased by his sister, Patricia Donnelly.
