Obituary


BEVERLY: James Clark Lisle, 55, dear husband of Dena (Zarkades) Lisle went home to God on Tuesday, December 21, 2011 after a brief illness. His wife was by his side at The Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
A long time resident of Beverly, Jim was born on October 23, 1956 in Pittsburg PA, he was the son of the late Richard and Barbara (Beck) Lisle. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Jim went on to work for General Electric's Factory of the Future and was most recently employed by Whole Foods Market/Pigeon Cove in Gloucester as a Systems Engineer. Jim was an accomplished drummer and enjoyed swimming, skiing and golf but what Jim loved most was his family. His wife Dena and daughter Carrie (Lisle) Klimek were the joys of his life.
Besides his wife and daughter Jim leaves his granddaughter, Bianca Rose Klimek and son-in-law Tom Klimek of Bellefonte PA; brothers, Scott and John Lisle; sisters-in-law, Connie Lisle, Stephanie Lisle, Karen Zarkades and Nikki Zarkades; brothers-in-law, Dr. John Ricardo and Neil Zarkades and mother-in-law Lesley Zarkades. Jim also leaves many aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, all whom he loved very much. His cousin Joni (Kallas) Pappas was a kind and caring presence during his illness and Jim loved her very much. Jim was predeceased by his father, mother and brothers, Grant and Jeff Lisle, as well as father-in-law, George Zarkades. A memorial service celebrating Jim's life will be held in August of 2012. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jim's memory can be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church "Outreach Fund", 4 Ocean Street, Beverly, MA 01915.
