On December 28, 2011 HELEN J. 76, a lifelong resident of Baltimore passed away peacefully at Gilchrist Center. Helen enjoyed spending time with family, reading and bingo. She was born on November 24, 1935 to Bernard and Julia O’Brien. She is the beloved wife for 47 years of the late Leroy F. Tischa and devoted mother of 4 sons, Donald Tischa of Austin, TX; Bernie Wiland and wife Dawn of Parkville, MD; Joey Wiland and wife Sharon of Parkville, MD; John Tischa and wife Carla of Bel Air, MD and 1 daughter, Linda O’Connor and husband Mike of Bel Air, MD. She was a beloved grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 6. Dear sister of Agnes Mather. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
