JOHNSON, LEONA (HAWKINS), 87, passed away December 27, 2011 at Hurstbourne Health & Rehabilitation Center.
She was a member of Concord Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, William D. Johnson Jr. (Shirley) and Curtis R. Johnson (Judy); sister, Margie Robbins; grandchildren, Tammy Doughty, Robin Haney, Melissa Holland, Kathy Riordan, Will, B.J., and Brandy Johnson, Amy and Lisa Cecil; 24 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service 1 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Thursday.
