Susan Dorothy “Dolly” (Perrault) Augenti of Brockton died unexpectedly at her home on December 23, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles F. Augenti for 50 years whom she missed dearly every day since his passing in June 2009.
Born in Brockton on November 19, 1925, Dolly was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a graduate of Brockton High School class of 1943. In her early years, Dolly worked for Knapp Shoe, New England Telephone and the Brockton School Department but her greatest love was her family.
Dolly is survived by her sons Charles F. “Chuck” Augenti, Jr. of Pawtucket, RI and Christopher A. “Chris’ Augenti of Monument Beach. She leaves five grandchildren Nicole Marie, Chelsey Elizabeth, Michael Anthony, Madeline Sue and Charles Mathieu and three great grandchildren. She also leaves a special daughter –in-law Heather (Hanson) Augenti of W. Bridgewater. Dolly was one of twelve of the Perrault family who grew up on the Eastside of Brockton. Leo “T” Perrault of Florida, Norman Perrault of Brockton, Robert Perrault of E. Bridgewater, Frances Mann of Wareham, Madelyn Ryan of Texas, Lorraine Sullivan of Raynham, Beverly Korske of Bridgewater, Rosemary Harkins of Wareham and the late Beatrice Kleitz, Rita Sullivan and Audrey Silva. She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday 4-8 pm. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated in the funeral home Friday at 10 am. Burial to follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
