Obituary

Wesley P. Alexander, 82 of Derry, NH, died Thursday, March 18, 2004 in the Integrated Health Services of Derry. Mr. Alexander was born in Columbia, NC on February 26, 1922, a son of the late Clement A. and Annie V. (Rowsom) Alexander. He was a resident of Derry for 19 years, formerly living in Wilmington, MA and Lynn, MA. He was a US Coast Guard WWII veteran. He was employed as an equipment operator for the Boston Gas Co. for many years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Wilmington, MA. Mr. Alexander also enjoyed the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Alice J. (Frazier) Alexander of Derry, two daughters, Patricia A. Alexander of Boston, MA, Deborah M. Madden of Winthrop, MA, four grandchildren, one brother, James Alexander of Philadelphia, PA, three sisters, Oressa Smith, Blanche Jones, Delde Rae, all of Philadelphia, PA, several nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours. Private funeral services will be held in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. The burial will be in the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody, MA.
