Devoted father of Kerry Bamrick and her husband Kirk of Terryville, CT, Julie Giorlando of Gardner, and the late John O’Connell. Dear brother of Edmund O’Connell Jr. of Methuen, Mary Alice Miller and Matthew O’Connell both of Winthrop, Maureen Kilroy of Weymouth, and the late William J. O’Connell. Adored grandfather of Colin Bamrick and Christopher and John Giorlando. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP, on Sat, Dec. 24, at 9am. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church, Winthrop, at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Cremation will be private. Visiting hours will be held Fri only from 4-8pm.
