Obituary

Michaeline Theresa (DiGregorio) Zullo passed away at the age of 90 on December 18, 2011.
Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Giovanni DiGregorio and Maria Grace (Battaglino) DiGregorio both of Cansano Italy, province of L’Aguila, Abruzzi, Italy. She was raised and educated in Framingham, graduating from Framingham High School with honors in 1937. She was married in June of 1946 to Dr. Edward A. Zullo. Mrs. Zullo pursued a career in dog grooming, specializing in show dogs. Her greatest passions were art and singing.
She is survived by her children, Loretta Zullo Presutti and her husband David, Christine MacGregor, Edward M. Zullo and his wife Carol, and Celeste Zullo-Palaza all of Natick; her grandchildren, Renee Murphy and her husband John, Jennifer MacGregor, Edward W. Zullo, Marco Palaza, and Danielle Palaza; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Avery, and Seamus Murphy. She was the sister of Edward DiGregorio and his wife Celia; and aunt of Janet Verna Zullo, Alfred and Gail Zullo, James and Ann Wilson, Debra Wilson Anderson, and Stephanie Fox Stubbs and her husband Gregory. Mrs. Zullo was preceded in death by her sisters Julia DiGregorio Zullo, Mary DiGregorio Harvey, Emma DiGregorio Wilson, Adeline DiGregorio Fox, and her brothers James and John DiGregorio.
Mrs. Zullo will be greatly missed for her loving, kind, and eternally positive nature and spirit…but will forever live on in our hearts.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St. (at Natick Common) Natick on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 9:00 AM to be followed by her Mass of Christian Burial in St. Tarcisius Church, Framingham. Burial will follow in St. Tarcisius Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 4-6 PM. Those wishing to remember Mrs. Zullo may do so through memorial donations to the Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts, 501 South Sapodilla Ave. West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
