Dracut, Ma. – Giuseppa (Innarata) Vitale, 92, died Saturday, December 17, 2011 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She is the wife of the late Michael Vitale.
Mrs. Vitale was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 26, 1918, the daughter of Rosario and Vincenza (Pisello) Innarata. Prior to coming to this country from Sicily, she worked as a nurse for many years.
She is survived by three sons Carmelo and Michael Vitale both of Las Vegas, NV and Carlo Vitale of Reno, NV, two daughters Vincenza and her husband Pasquale Tomasello of Dracut and Francesca and her husband Joseph Avila of Marco Island, FL, eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by three children Rosario, Angelo, and Tina Vitale.
A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock in Saint Monica’s Church with entombment to follow in St. Mary Immaculate Conception Cemetery Mausoleum.
Friends will be warmly received on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen.
