New Bedford – Dale Robert Oliver, age 50 years, died Thursday, December 15, 2011, unexpectedly. Dale was Husband of Barbara Gaipo of New bedford,the son of Eugenia (Pina) Oliver-Hines and her husband Charles of New Bedford and the late John A. Oliver, Father of Jennifer, Taneka and Shalee, brother of Linda Oliver, Roslyn Reimao, Debra Vega, Vicki Oliver, Duane Oliver and Edward Oliver and Irene Barrows all of New Bedford. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, and several cousins and nieces and nephews. Dale was the brother of the late Roberta Oliver, Angel Oliver, John “Buddy” Oliver, Robert W. Oliver, Richard D. Oliver, and Frankie J. Oliver.
Mr. Oliver was born in Wareham, Ma and lived in this area all his life. Dale was a member of the Union Baptist Church. He worked at Market Basket in Framingham, Shepard Clothing of New Bedford and he had various construction jobs. Dale loved cooking, singing and smiling.
Mr. Oliver’s Memorial Gaveside service will be held on January 7th at Saint Patrick's Cemetery Wareham,MA. at Noon.
