Stephen A. Tufts, age 55, passed away after a short illness on Wednesday December 14, 2011at the Quincy Medical Center. He was the beloved brother of Michael Tufts and his wife Suzanne of Rockland, Sandra Wilson of Whitman and Russell Tufts of Whitman. Stephen also leaves his nieces and nephews, Lucas Wilson and his wife Annie of Rockland, Amanda Wilson of Cambridge, Joshua, Timothy and Jesse Tufts all of Rockland, His great nieces and nephews, Joshua, Hailey and Jason all of Rockland and his good friend and PCA, Jose Da Cruz. He is predeceased by his brother in law Michael Wilson.
Steve was born in and lived in South Weymouth for 35 years, lived in Hanover for 4 years before moving to Quincy 11 years ago.
Visiting will be at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Sunday December 18 from 2 to 3:30 P.M. immediately followed by a Service of Remembrance at 3:30 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
