Obituary


Charlotte, NC- Edward “Eppy” Allen Roberge, 45, died suddenly November 16, 2011 in Charlotte, NC.
He was born in Goffstown on June 13, 1966, the son of May (Waite) Shaw of Manchester, NH and Joseph Roberge of NC. He lived most of his life in Manchester until recently moving to North Carolina.
He attended Manchester West high School.
He was a member of NEMM, a club that raced mini sprints. Mr. Roberge won many trophies at the tracks including “Racer of the Year”. He had a great sense of humor, loved to dance, often imitated Angus Young from AC/DC, and was usually the comedian of the party.
Mr. Roberge leaves along with his parents, two sisters, Kathy Simard and her husband Rick, Karen Bunker and her husband Scott all of NH; two brothers, Richard Roberge and his wife Eva of NC and Timothy Roberge of Florida. In addition, he leaves nephews, Army SPC Jeremy Bunker of NH, Nathaniel and Aiden Roberge of NC; great nephews, JT Wynes of NC, Cole Joyal of NH; nieces, Nicole Roberge of NC, April Lakhbal, great niece Nadia Lakhbal, his life long companion, Lauri Campbell, all of NH, as well as many other loved ones.
He was predeceased by his niece Bethany (Simard) Joyal in 2005, and his step father, David Shaw in 2006.
A memorial service was held in Charlotte, NC on November 20, 2011.
A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, December 17, 2011 from 2 to 4 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
