Randall Ross, age 54, died Saturday, December 10, 2011 at his home in Water Valley, MS. He was born April 10, 1957 in Oxford, MS to Floyd J. and Betty Jenkins Ross. Randall was pastor of Faith Chapel in Paris, MS. He loved reading and studying the Bible and serving the Lord. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoyed hunting and fishing and gardening. Randall loved his family and grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Billy Foster officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Liberty Cemetery, with Mickey Reeves, Tony Reeves, Keith Innman, Raymond Carr, Adam Sprouse and Chad Wrenn serving as pallbearers. Eddie Berryhill and Joe Smith will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Randall is survived by his wife of 27 years, Sherry Sprouse Ross of Water Valley, MS; a daughter, April Driver (Richard) of Grand Rivers, KY; two sons, Matthew Ross (Georgialynn) of Grenada, MS and Phillip Ross (Beth) of Bruce, MS; two sisters, Kathy Dickey of Saltillo, MS and Diane Edwards of Water Valley, MS; Bill Ross (Doddie) of Big Creek, MS; his mother, Betty Ross; two grandchildren, Aliya Ross and Blake Driver and two step-grandchildren, DeNita Fay Downs and McCayla Lynn Prince.
