Faye Wiggins, 63, of Wilcox County, died Friday, December 9, 2011, at her residence.
Services will be announced at a later date.
Faye was born August 13, 1948 in Memphis, TN to the late Gene A. and Lois Hilton Carter. She grew up in Fitzgerald and attended Fitzgerald High School. Faye was a former employee of Osceola Nursing Home. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Chris & Myrtis Pope of Abbeville; grandchildren, Richard Vittitow, Jeremy Vittetow, James Barnes, Christopher Pope, Jr., and Michael Pope; great grandchildren, Virginia Vittitow, Hayden Vittitow, Cloe Vittitow, Zoe Vittitow, Isaiah Barnes and Savannah Faye Vittitow and a sister, Sue C. Fryer of Albany. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Judy McGahan.
