TEWKSBURY - Ronald C. Olson Jr., age 22, a senior at Clark University in Worcester, diedearly Sunday morning, Mar. 14, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Lowell.
He was born in Winchester, Jan. 13, 1982, a son of Jean R. (Sears) and Ronald C Olson Sr ofTewksbury.
He was a lifelong resident of Tewksbury. He graduated from T.M.H.S. with theClass of 2000. In high school he was active in baseball, hockey, track and cross country. Hematriculated to Clark University in Worcester and was in his senior year as a history major. Heplayed baseball for Clark. He was an avid sports fan who would “Cowboy Up” for all Bostonsports teams and was and avid wrestling fan.He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Woburn.
Besides his parents, he is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Neil J. and Kathryn(Engel) Olson of Hopkins, MN, Alexander W. and Sheree (Ryan) MacNeil of Goffstown, NH,Jeffrey M. and Megan (Sampson) Olson of Wakefield, MA; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisaand Bryan Ouellette of Derry, NH, Corrine and David Chaput of Mt. Vernon, NH; maternalgrandparents, Raymond and Leona (Grant) Sears of Woburn; an aunt and uncle, David and NicoleOlson of Port st. Lucie, FL; and eight nieces and nephews.
His funeral is Thursday, Mar. 18, 11 AM, in the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 60 ForestPark Rd., Woburn.
