Henry H. "Hank" Martell Jr, 69, of Derry, NH, died Wednesday, March 10, 2004 in the Parkland Medical Center, Derry. Mr. Martell was born in Billerica, MA on November 9, 1934, a son of the late Henry H. and Rose A. (Huard) Martell Sr. He was a resident of Derry for over 20 years, formerly living in N. Hampton, NH. He served with the US Army from 1955-1958. He was employed as a computer technician for Unisys. He was a member of the Londonderry Presbyterian Church, Londonderry. He once was a licensed pilot and enjoyed boating, skydiving, and riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by one son, Scott H. Martell of Derry, one daughter, Kim MacLennan of Exeter, four grandchildren, one brother and one sister.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at the Londonderry Presbyterian Church, corner of Pillsbury Rd., and Mammoth Rd., Londonderry on Monday March 15th at 2:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Londonderry Presbyterian Church, 126 Pillsbury Road, Londonderry, NH 03053 or to the charity of one's choice. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
