Armand W. Watts Sr., age 81 passed away November 20, 2011 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of 51 years of the late Marie Bertha Watts. Armand was a lifelong Fall River resident and son of the late Napoleon and Delia Watts. Prior to retiring, Mr. Watts worked as a welder for General Dynamics of Quincy. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a life member of the NRA, a member of the Fall River Rod and Gun Club, the New Bedford Rod & Gun Club, the German American Cultural Society of Pawtucket and a parishioner of Notre Dame Church.
He was the father of Armand W. Watts Jr. (wife Lea) of Somerset, Kevin Watts of Fall River & Susan Cabral (husband Robert) of Somerset. Brother of Anita Watts of Fall River and the late Aime, Arthur, Roland, George “Pete” Watts and Loretta Gadreau. He was the grandfather of 3 & an uncle to many nieces & nephews.
His funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Wednesday at 9 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Notre Dame Church at 10 A.M.
