Kenneth F. 'Kenny' Krech, 65, of 24 Stoney Brook Rd., passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2011 in U.Mass/Memorial Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his wife of 41 years; Susan L. (Holden) Krech, two sisters; Nancy Adams of Ellsworth, Maine and Betty Ruggiero-Snover of Wantage, N.J. and many nieces and nephews.
Kenny was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, son of Frederick W. and Muriel L. (Baird) Krech and has lived in Charlton many years.
He was a graduate of LaSalle University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in management .
He served in the New Jersey National Guard.
Kenny also was a former member of the Boy Scouts and earned his Eagle Scout Award.
He was an amateur radio enthusiast for many years.
Kenny was the Director of Information Technology for the City of Chicopee.
A Memorial Service for Kenny will be Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 10:30 AM in the Robert J. Miller-Charlton Funeral Home, 175 Old Worcester Rd.,in Charlton.
