Concetta (Reale) Motta, died Tuesday in the Blaire House, Tewksbury. She was 84.
Born and raised in Italy, she was the daughter of the late Sebastiano and the late Maria (Ciarcia) Reale. She came to the United States and settled with her family in Medford. She worked many years as a stitcher in the garment manufacturing industry.
She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Motta. She was a devoted mother of Nella Cugno and her husband Gino of Billerica, Joseph Motta and his wife Maria Gioconda of Melrose, Dr. Mario Motta and his wife Joyce of Lynnfield. She was a loving grandmother to Michael, Daniel, Louis, Michelle, Stephanie, Melissa, Andrea and Justin. She also leaves 9 loving great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Jennie Lombardo and Manuel Reale.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 9 AM in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
Friends may call Thursday from 4 - 9 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
