William Orville Nichols, age 97, passed away on November 11, 2011. He was a long time resident of Hingham and more recently of Parkville, MD. Bill was the beloved husband of the late Norma Elizabeth Nichols (nee Hewitt), the dear father of Elizabeth N. Hunt of Bourne, MA, and the late William O. Nichols, Jr. of Marblehead, MA; and the dear grandfather of Heather Deschenes of Essex, MA; Andrew Nichols of Phoenix, AZ; and Kimberly Hunt of Burlington, VT. He also leaves 4 great grandchildren.
A short graveside burial service will be held on Thursday, November 17th at 11:00am at the Mount Hope Cemetery at Oak St. and Pine St. in S. Weymouth.
