Obituary

John Adam Pynn, a resident of Lawrence, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. He was 31 years old.
Born in Lawrence on October 26, 1980, he was the son of Sharon M. (Lundergan) Pynn of Methuen and John C. and his wife Melissa A. Pynn of Haverhill. John worked as a contractor since graduating from High School. He loved his many friends and family and was a very kind and giving person. John always enjoyed listening to music and going to concerts. He had also volunteered at the MSPCA and had attended St. Monica Church in Methuen.
Besides his beloved mother and father, John will be very sorely missed by his loving sister Sherry A. and her husband Carmen Giuffrida of Methuen, nieces; Gia, Olivia and Gianni, nephew; Luke, uncles; Robert and Jay Lundergan and George and his wife Donna Pynn, aunt; Bonnie Sibley and many cousins and friends. He was also the nephew of the late Mary McAtamney.
His memorial mass was celebrated in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street, Andover, Saturday, November 19, 2011, at 9:30 AM. Many relatives and friends were in attendance. Calling hours were omitted. Burial was held in St. Augustine Cemetery in Andover. Donations in John's memory may be made to the MSPCA, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
