Billy A.Turner, 84, of Louisville passed away November 11, 2011 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
He was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church and the Greater Louisville Central Labor Council.
Billy retired from American Synthetic Rubber Corporation as a Chemical Operator, and was a WWII Navy veteran.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Alan R. Turner.
Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Barbara Greenwell Turner; son, Joe Turner (Karen); daughters, Jeanie Bronger (Frank), Kathy Wolpert (John), and Becky Cooper (Randall); grandchildren, Andy, Ryan, Chris, Melanie, Jennifer, Saundra, Leslie, and Michael; and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Tuesday at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lower Hunters Trace with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be Monday 12-8 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
