Mary Elizabeth Keegan, 83, of Wilsonville passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in The University of Massachusetts Hospital in Worcester.
She was born October 21,1928 in Worcester , a daughter of Edward J. and Mary D. (Shields) Keegan, Sr. and lived many years in the family home in Wilsonville.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers; William, Lawrence, Edward, Jr. and Robert, and a sister Katherine L. Keegan.
Elizabeth was survived by many nieces and nephews.
She worked for many years for Loos Co. in Pomfret and retired from there many years ago.
There are no calling hours.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 10 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 18 Main St.,North Grosvenordale. Burial will be Private in Calvary Cemetery in Dudley.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to: St. Joseph's Church, Renovation Fund, P.O.Box 897, North Grosvenordale, CT., 06255.
