William Sory Rudolph, 80, of Clarksville passed away Friday, November 4, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be Monday, November 7, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Madison Street United Methodist Church with Rev. Cliff Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00-4:00 p.m at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home and from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Monday at the church.
Bill was born August 25, 1931 in Louisana. He is the son of the late Will Sory and Margaret Watson Rudolph. He was a retired CPA with Stone, Rudolph and Henry. He was also a former member of the Civitian Club, Rotary Club and AICPA. He was a member of the Madison Street United Methodist Church.
Bill is survived by his wife, Linda Rudolph of Clarksville, three sons; John (Emma) Rudolph of Nashville, Steven (Shelia) Rudolph of Clarksville, Andy (Tammy) Rudolph of Franklin, one sister; Marge Phillips of Memphis, five grandchildren and three nieces; Susan Phillips, Mary Ann Yeager and Lynn Cummings and one nephew; Bill Phillips.
Pallbearers will be Price Hopson, John Hopson, Ed Davis, Rod Wolfe, Bill Phillips and Tom Yeager. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rotarians.
