Obituary

Mark Philip White was an electrical engineer, a businessman,and a patent attorney. He resided in Arlington, MA for the past 14 years with his wife and law partner, Muriel Fudala. Mark was born in Greenwich, Connecticut, grew up in Port Chester, NY, and spent the last 40 years in Massachusetts. For 12 years he had a business in Germany and the U.S. Mark spoke several languages and was an avid tennis player, wind surfer, and sailor. Mark celebrated his 76th birthday by captaining a 50 foot catamaran on a sailing trip of the Leeward Islands with his wife and friends. He held a B.S. and M. S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University and obtained his J.D. from Suffolk University at age 55. In his third career, he became a successful patent and trademark attorney.

Mark is survived by his wife, Muriel Fudala, his daughter Allison Vadhan White, of Bethesda, MD, three grandchildren, Jason, Rachel, and Julie Vadhan, also of Bethesda, his brother Dr. Allan James White, of San Antonio, Texas, his sister Linda White of Hallendale, FL, and his sister, Emily White of New York, NY. Beloved Husband, Father, Attorney, and Friend, he touched many people's lives.

His funeral was held from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut Street, Arlington, Saturday, November 5, 2011, at 9:00 AM, followed by his Funeral Mass in Saint Agnes Church, Medford St., Arlington at 10:00 AM. Services concluded with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington. Many relatives and friends were in attendance.
