FALL RIVER … Josephine (Budzisz) Ozug, 94, of Fall River died Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the Catholic Memorial Home.
She was the widow of Stanley Ozug.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Bonewantura and Magdalena (Zrebiec) Budzisz and had been a lifelong resident of the city.
She was a communicant of St’s Peter and Paul Parish at Holy Cross Church, Pulaski Street, Fall River.
Mrs. Ozug was a member of the Holy Rosary Society at the former Holy Cross Church.
Survivors include a son Michael Ozug of Fall River, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Rog, Sophie Bielawa, Lottie Golas, Genevieve Gorgos, Thaddeus, Stanley, John, Matthew, and Edward Budzisz.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday at 10AM from the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11Am at St’s Peter and Paul Parish at Holy Cross Church, Pulaski Street, Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be Thursday 5 – 8 PM.
