Concetta E. “Connie” Lombardi, 89, of Franklin died October 31 in Milford Regional Medical Center.
Born in Franklin, December 11, 1921, the daughter of the late Dolorato and Vincenza (Pasquantonio) Lombardi, Miss Lombardi was a lifelong Franklin resident.
Miss Lombardi was a graduate of Franklin High School and Hill College.
Miss Lombardi had worked for the Federal Government in several capacities over the years.
She had worked in Germany following World War II and in Boston for many years later on.
She loved to travel and journeyed throughout the world.
She was the sister of the late Mary Lombardi.
She is survived by her cousins, Gloria Marino and John Marino of Franklin and Anne Marino Einhorn of Middletown, PA.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 5 in St. Mary’s Church at 9:00 a.m.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
