Obituary

SPENCER-“Kaz” Michael Kazanovicz, 49 of 2 Crestwood Avenue, formerly of 27 Litchfield Street, Worcester died Thursday, February 14th in Clark Manor Nursing Home after a long illness. He leaves his wife of 27 years Michelle N. (Carreau) Kazanovicz, his son Timothy P. Kazanovicz of Worcester, his daughter Tricia Jean Kazarnovicz of Spencer, his father Adolph R. Kazanovich of Worcester, 5 brothers Stephen and Peter Kazanovicz both of Francestown, NH, John Kazanovicz of Reading, Paul Kazanovicz of Greenfield, NH and Robert Kazanovicz of Worcester; 2 sisters Jean Bonner of Beverly Farms, and Amy Bosma of Douglas, TN, a grandson and several nephews and nieces.

He was born in Worcester his mother was the late Theresa (Miles) Kazanovicz. He was a graduate of Worcester Boy’s Trade School. He served with the Army in Vietnam. Mr. Kazanovicz had been a truck driver for Troiano Trucking in Grafton, and had previously worked for Worcester Quality Foods. He was a member of Teamsters Local 170. He had enjoyed working on his antique car restoration project, golf, and was an avid Patriots fan.

The funeral will be Monday February 18th with a service at 10:00 AM in the Greendale’s People Church, 25 Francis Street, Worcester. Cremation will follow. Calling hours are Sunday, February 17th from 4:00 until 7:00 PM in O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester.
