Of Walpole, formerly of Roslindale and Jamaica Plain, passed away peacefully in her home on October 25, 2011 while surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late John J. White, Sr. Loving mother of Michelle M. Smallcomb and her husband Michael of Braintree, John J., Jr. and his wife Susan of Walpole, Joseph A. and his wife Darlene of Walpole, Daniel C. of Quincy and Kevin T. and his wife Shelly of Phoenix, AZ. Sister of Mary Calabrese of Pittsburgh, PA., Eileen O'Riordan of Laconia, NH, Catherine "Rita" Gilroy of Westwood and Daniel Greaney of West Roxbury. Also survived by 14 loving grandchildren. Member of the Roslindale Villagers and the Roche Family Community Center. Anna also enjoyed her winters in Lauderdale by the Sea, FL. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. West Roxbury on Saturday October 29 at 9AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Roslindale at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are invited.
