Obituary

WORCESTER___Bernard R. Morin, 63, of 49 Pleasant Valley Dr., died Tuesday March 2 from injuries received in a motor vehicle accident on I-495 in Bolton.

His wife, Kathy Ann (Bell) Morin died June 11, 2002.

He leaves a son, Jean – Pierre Morin of Worcester; a step daughter, Courtney R. Connally of Worcester; three brothers, Robert E. Morin of Vestavia Hills, Al., Allan J. Morin of South Canaan, Pa., and Rene M. Morin of Worcester; two sisters, Sandra C. Morin of Worcester and Denise O. Sidebottom of Hudson; four step grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He was born in Worcester, son of Raoul B. and Lucille E. (Dwyer) Morin.

Mr. Morin was a disabled veteran. He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from active duty as a Staff Sergeant. He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans.

The funeral will be held on Monday March 8 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, 35 Hamilton St. Burial with military honors will be in Hope Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Sunday March 7 from 3 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Massachusetts Veterans Shelter, 69 Grove St., Worcester, 01605.
