Paul Edward Lee, Sr., 70, Clarksville, TN died Monday October 24, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center.
Funeral Services will be held Friday at 1:00 PM at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Joshua R. Tharpe officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 7 PM
and Friday from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens with full military honors.
He was born August 23, 1941 in Spurgeon, IN son of the late Otho Lee and Bernice Russell Lee. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Paul E. Lee, Jr and Mark A. Lee, Sr.
Paul was a retired Captain of the US Army and served during the Vietnam Era. He also retired as a truck driver and attended Mt Gilead Baptist Church in Allensville, KY.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Gott Lee; daughter, Michelle Lee Fuller; four grandchildren, Mark Allen Lee, Jr, Emily McLendon, Shari Tharpe, and Mark Martin; and three great-grandchildren, Benjamin McLendon, Rayna McLendon, and Alyssa Lee.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather,great-grandfather and a friend to all.
Pallbearers will be Mark Martin, Marvin Cook, Nick Moody, Glenn Moody, Jay Johnston, Bill Brownfield, Mark Johnston, Mark Lee, Jr., and Andy Grim.
