Age 73, of North St. Paul, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 20, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother Jerry; sister Georgia; and daughter Jill Marie. Joan is survived by her loving husband Joe, of 52 years; sons Joe, Scott, Michael, Matt (Julie); daughter Kate; grandchildren Samantha, Joseph, Max, Austin; brother Bill Voight; sister-in-law Dolores Wiegand. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday (10/26) 11:00 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
