Joseph E. Reynolds, Sr., 69, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Thursday, October 6, 2011, at Dorminy Medical Center.
Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, October 8 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Sam Jordan speaking.
Mr. Reynolds was born October 18, 1941 in Bassett, Virginia to the late Burton E. and Doris Crossman Reynolds. He moved to Fitzgerald in 1999 from Fairfax County, Virginia where he worked as a drywall finisher for A-1 Drywall. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall’s Jehovah’s Witnesses. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley A. Reynolds of Fitzgerald; daughter, Sally Webb of Fitzgerald; son, Joseph E. Reynolds, Jr., of Inwood, WV; grandchildren, Alishia D. Reynolds, James M. Webb, Carrie F. Webb and Ryan A. Reynolds; sisters, Irene Patterson of High Springs, FL, Sara Weatherholtz of Woodstock, VA and Linda M. Hensley of Inwood, WV; brother, William Michael Crossman of Fairfax, VA
