Leslie, Wanda R. (Jarvis), 85, passed away October 4, 2011 at her home. She was a Baptist by faith and retired from Shandly’s Distillary as a line worker.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Leslie.
Survivors include her daughters, Judith Abell and Martha Hardy; brother, Cecil Jarvis, Jr. and Bill Jarvis; sisters, Willa Knight, Stella Jenkins, and Nilla Drake; three grandchildren, Joey Abell, Keith Steinson, and Lyndsay Hardy; and great grandson, Vincent, Hoagland.
Funeral service will be 11am Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-8, Thursday 2-8, and 9am until the service on Friday.
